How does the introductory offer work?

We offer a 50% discount on yearly plans for the first year. This offer is only valid for new subscriptions.

How does a Sortly free trial work?

  1. To ensure Sortly is the right fit, we offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans (excluding promotional offers).
  2. A credit card is required to start a trial. Rest assured, you’ll receive a reminder email three days before your trial ends and you can cancel anytime before your trial ends.
  3. Please note that your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

What types of payment do you accept?

  1. Sortly accepts all major credit and debit cards. Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected billing interval (monthly or annually). You can update your billing and payment information at any time in your account settings.
  2. ACH, wire transfers, invoices with Net 30 terms, and formal quotes are only available on our Enterprise plan. All other plans require credit card payment – invoices and receipts are generated automatically after payment.

I was charged. How do I get a refund?

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-base basis. For refund requests, please contact Support, and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

  1. Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes to your plan will take effect based on your billing cycle.
  2. Changes to your billing cycle or plan type will result in immediate charges or credits to your account, and your billing cycle will reset.
  3. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to manage your subscription directly through those platforms.

How do I cancel my subscription or trial?

If you subscribed directly with Sortly:

  1. To cancel your subscription:
    1. Go to Settings > Company Details
    2. In the Manage Account section, click Cancel Subscription
    3. Follow the prompts and answer a few short questions
    4. Review your cancellation details and confirm

If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play:

  1. To cancel your subscription:
    1. Open your device’s subscription settings
    2. Locate your Sortly subscription
    3. Tap Cancel Subscription
    4. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation in the App Store

⚠️ Note: Paid plan cancellations must be completed through your app store or the Sortly web app. Sortly Support cannot cancel store-based subscriptions on your behalf.
